The Challenge
Transforming a legacy office asset into a modern competitor required more than new finishes and box-checking amenities; it demanded rigorous coordination to design and construct high-performance facilities and a brand new internal staircase within an occupied building.
The Solution
Looking Glass directed the delivery of a 12,000-square-foot amenity center designed specifically for the modern workforce. We managed a diverse team to create a "third place" that balances productivity with wellness. Key features include a grand entry stair, communal lounge, executive boardrooms, a yoga studio, and a best-in-class golf simulator retreat.
The Result
A seamless repositioning project that successfully modernized the asset and elevated the tenant experience without disrupting daily operations.
