The Challenge
The seasonal volatility of Central Texas weather—from hard freezes to summer droughts—had decimated the campus's original landscaping. Revitalizing this central courtyard required navigating the interests of multiple ownership groups and an owner-occupant to deliver a durable, year-round solution.
The Solution
We directed the transformation of the space into a resilient outdoor workspace. Partnering with MWM DesignGroup and BrightView Landscapes, we executed a hardscape and landscape program designed to withstand the climate while providing distinct zones for coffee, collaboration, and solo work.
The Result
A revitalized campus heart that serves as a weatherproof asset, effectively contributing to full occupancy and increased rental rates for the property.
