The Challenge
Transforming a constrained 3,500 SF footprint into a dual purpose destination that turns return-to-work mandates on their head. The project demanded exact acoustic isolation and high-end custom millwork to execute a seamless transition between two completely opposing environments.
The Solution
We directed the delivery of this "jewel box" amenity, blending a bright, communal coffee lounge with a sophisticated, members-only retreat. We managed the installation of complex features—including a secret bookshelf passage that reveals a moody speakeasy equipped with a Trackman golf simulator, private beverage lockers, and a convertible wine room suitable for both investor meetings and catered events.
The Result
A viral, best-in-class amenity delivered with partners Interior Architects and Novo Construction that differentiates Hartland Plaza from every other office building in the district.
